Registered customers will be asked via email to submit charities for consideration during the first 2 months of each quarter, only one suggestion per registered customer per quarter.

Once we have gathered the suggested charities for the quarter, we will tabulate the number of votes for each charity suggested during the first week of the 3rd month of that quarter.  The three (3) charities with the most suggestions are voted on during the second and third week of the last month of that quarter.

Registered customers will get another email with those three charities for them to vote for the winner.

During the fourth week of the month, votes for these three charities will be tabulated to determine which charity will be our recipient for the quarter.
